  • Kite is the same everyday shape across eight colourways.
  • Skipper is a wrap fit and ships with a retainer cord.

Not sure? You have thirty days.

Drag to compare

This is what polarised actually does

A tint makes the whole scene darker. A polarised filter takes out the light bouncing off the water and the road and leaves the rest.

Through Hardlight Without Without Through Hardlight

Same scene, same moment, shot through the lens.

Reviews from verified buyers of these frames. Translated, otherwise in their words.

  • Peter K. Clear picture, less eye strain
The yellow lenses really brighten things up at night and in the rain. The dark ones give a clear picture in bright sun and take the strain off your eyes.

Frequently asked questions

Are these actually polarised, or just dark?

Polarised. A dark lens only lowers overall brightness, so glare comes through just as strong, only dimmer. A polarised filter removes the reflected light bouncing off water, bitumen and the bonnet in front of you and leaves the rest. That is why a good pair feels like turning the volume down rather than turning the lights off.

Can I drive in them?

Yes, and it is the situation polarised lenses are best at. One thing worth knowing: some LCD dashboard and phone screens dim or shift colour through any polarised lens, on any brand. Tilting your head slightly clears it.

Which frame should I pick?

They differ by fit, not by activity. Every frame uses the same HL3 lens.

  • Drover is the everyday fit. Sits flat, goes anywhere.
  • Reef is a closer wrap. Closes the gap at the sides and grips when you move.
  • Kite runs eight colourways, so pick it if the colour is the point.
  • Skipper is a wrap fit and ships with a retainer cord.
What is the Fair Go Guarantee?

Thirty days from delivery to change your mind. Worn or unworn. Wear them on the water, in the ute, all weekend, and if they are not right we will make it right.

Return postage is generally yours. Anything that is our fault, damaged on arrival, faulty, or the wrong item sent, is on us and we resend free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

Five to ten business days, tracked the whole way. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Australia is A$9.95 flat or free over A$75, every postcode. New Zealand is free on every order, rural included.

What is a Mystery Pair?

One random frame and colour from our range, picked by us. Polarised lenses, and the same Fair Go Guarantee on faults. You do not get to pick the colour, and it is final sale for change of mind, so it is the one thing on the site you cannot return for that reason.

What comes in the box?

The glasses and a cleaning cloth. Skipper also ships with its retainer cord.
